Black History Month 2021

In celebration of Black History Month, we remember our common History and share the common voice of inclusion. We look to the future with hope that the lessons of the past will guide us into tomorrow.

We continue to make history, here in the city of Barstow. Barstow take pride in electing the first African American Mayor for the city of Barstow. Dr. Paul Anthony Courtney…. hope for our community.
